Dwarka Expressway connects Delhi's Dwarka to Gurgaon's NH-48, and the residential and commercial development along its length has picked up considerably as the road infrastructure has progressed. It's a corridor that regularly comes up in Gurgaon investment conversations — here's a grounded look at it.
The expressway offers a more direct route between Delhi and Gurgaon than some older roads, which is why sectors along it have seen a steady stream of new residential and commercial projects. Proximity to IGI Airport is another factor buyers frequently mention — our own project in Sector 70A is roughly 22 km from the airport, which is a similar range to compare against.
Dwarka Expressway, Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road each offer a different mix of connectivity, price point and project density. Rather than picking a corridor based on name recognition alone, compare specific projects — plot size, structure, amenities and builder track record — across two or three corridors before deciding.
We don't have an active project directly on Dwarka Expressway today, but if you're evaluating the wider Gurgaon market, our Sector 70A project is a useful benchmark for what a well-built 3 BHK builder floor should include.
